We believe that should become a thing of the past, which is why we offer fast on-site printer repair services to all customers. Whether or not you originally purchased or leased your machine from Dean Office Solutions, we’ll be happy to come to your office to repair it.

Benefits of On-Site Printer Repair

You may find, if you’re doing comparison shopping, that having service technicians come to your office could get slightly more expensive than doing it the other way around. However, on-site printer repair comes with a number of benefits, not the least of which is peace of mind.

Having your machine repaired in your own office under your observation can be more reassuring than dropping your machine off at a repair center. Seeing exactly what is being done to your machine provides more peace of mind than leaving it somewhere else where you don’t know what’s being done to it or when it will be fixed.

Another benefit to on-site printer repair is speed and convenience. Bringing your equipment into a repair center takes valuable time out of your day, and chances are the work won’t be done for at least a couple of days afterward. Having repairs done on-site allows you to get on with your day while the technicians service your machine. On top of that, you can be assured the work will be done quickly.

On-Site Printer Repair from Dean Office Solutions

You can call us any time during business hours and we will have a service technician sent to your office the same day, or the next business day at the very latest. Since we come to you, you don’t ever have to bring anything into us.

Our service technicians all carry many of the necessary parts to do routine maintenance on copiers and printers. This could include anything from feed rollers for paper trays and automatic feeders, to drums and developers, and anything else that may be required to repair a machine. That means we will most always have what is needed to fix your equipment in one trip.

If you’re not on a service contract with us, then on-site repair is billed on a parts and labor basis. In the event that our service technicians have to return after the first trip, for any reason, then you will receive a heavily discounted rate. If our service technicians have to return after we fix the equipment on the first trip, then we will only bill in 15-minute increments afterward. That means if it takes just 15 minutes to fix the problem, all you will be billed for is 15 minutes of time.

We treat all customers with equal priority, which means you will never have to wait any longer than 24 hours for a service call. If your equipment is in need of repair, please contact us and we will have a technician sent to your office as soon as possible.
