One trick everyone should know about today is that before putting in a service call on your Copier/Multifunctional Device you should try to Reboot the device. By rebooting you can reset Error Codes and even reset your Scanning Configuration. Just turn the Copier/Multifunctional off, unplug it, count to 10, plug it back in and turn it on. About ½ the time the unit will reset itself.
